Machine for gluing of adhesive tape Versor Porto
Gluing of adhesive tape on cardboard and corrugated boxes allows to add features and to expand a range of use of packings.
Double-sided adhesive tape makes it possible to assemble the container immediately before use, seal it and re-seal the package;
Applying of a tear-off ribbon is widely used for convenient opening of packings or envelopes;
Armour tape is used to locally reinforce packing areas that are exposed to higher loads, such as carrying handles.
Design of the Versor Porto adhesive tape applicator
The standard machine is equipped with manual feeder that allows to work not only with the box blanks, but also with thick objects, for example plate materials, profiles. Friction or pneumatic automatic feeder is an option.
The gluing table is equipped with two tape dispensers, 4-25 mm or 25-50 mm wide. The length of the tape application is programmable. Dispensers are equipped with an axis for tape reels with the 76 mm core. Tape reels of big length (e.g. tear-off ribbon), 152 mm core is possible to use with help of separate unwinder.
The products are delivered on to the standard delivery table. For convenience it is possible to install the additional discharge conveyor in front of a delivery table.
The machine is controlled by a touch panel with a user-friendly interface. It is possible to expand the machine installing additional dispensers, hot glue application system.
