Errepi R-Gallileo servo-driven narrow web flexopress

R-Gallileo can process film, laminates, paper, self-adhesive materials. The machine is manufactured in widths of 270, 380, 450 and 530 mm and with 1 to 10 printing sections.

Both water-based and solvent-based inks can be used for printing, machine can be with IR, hot air or UV dryers.

The modularity of the machine allows you to upgrade the basic configuration to a multi-color, add various accessories, die-cutting sections (top and/or bottom), gold embossing units (cold and/or hot), coating and lamination and many other applications on request. Thanks to its versatility, you can minimize the initial investment and then increase the configuration to the required one.

Structurally, the press is equipped with servomotors for each block, which allows for a second pass of printing and die cutting. Durability, precision in processing and modularity are the main characteristics.

Flexo press can be configured with different stand-alone solution: slitter, cross cutter, simple rewinder, single shaft or turret rewinder with fully automatic roll rewinding.

The innovation is a new flexoturbo printing unit: a real pearl of technology, practical and flexible, it allows printing thin materials that are highly deformed, while maintaining high accuracy of register. Each printing section is equipped with a form cylinder and an anilox roller. Flexoturbo has two versions:

• fixed, more economical;
• sliding format, ideal for multi-color machines to speed up format changes.
