Construction of die cutter Century MWZ

Pre-feeder device for preliminary preparation of material

Pre-feeder for preliminary preparation of pallets helps to prepare the next stack op the material and quickly change the pallet. When an operator feeds sheets to the press, another operator can simultaneously prepare another batch of sheets. After the sheet feeding is completed, the pallet prepared on the pre-feed device can be pushed to the automatic pallet lifting device. This will save about 5 minutes for the preparation of the pallet and increase productivity.

Feeder section

  • Effective manual material feeding system
