Hochint HQFC slitter rewinder is designed for accurate, high-speed slitting and rewinding of various types of film, laminates and paper. The machine is equipped with three servomotors, Siemens controller, touch screen control system with a convenient control interface.

Components of the Hochint HQFC slitter rewinder
Unwind
- separate shaftless unwind station with a hydraulic lift. The left and right motorized arms with are separately adjustable for convenient loading of the roll up to 1400 kg on 76 mm and 152 mm core. It is possible to manufacture a more compact machine with integrated unwind.
- shaft for balancing material tension from left to right
- magnetic brake to adjust the tension, automatically adjusted by the computer to maintain a constant material tension

Traction section
